I recived a call from this number telling me that charges were going to be filed against me and they were going to notify my employer. I was told that i could lose my job my license if I don't pay them $1595.00

i want to know the caller

didn't answer, but looked suss, so went on this site and found it IS suss. AND i signed up to the Do Not Call register!!

Who is calling me?

Machine called, using spoofed caller ID, playing a pre-recorded message about lowering my credit card rates, and the usual "Press 1 to speak to a live operator and lower your rates now." I get several of these calls a week, and I'm on the DNCL. I always press 1 and ask to be put on their do not call list. The usually acknowledge my request with a hangup. This time, the conversation went like this: Scammer: "Card Financial Services (or something similar, mumbled quickly), this is (mumbled her name quickly) speaking. Can I help you?" Me: "Are you going to hang up on me?" Scammer: "You betcha!" <click!> It's unfathomable. I really wonder why they bother to call, other than to harass and annoy people?

this number left a pre-recorded message on my answering machine trying to get me to file for a free government grant - they will give me all the details & do the paperwork for me & i can have thousands of dollars for free... riiiiiigggghhhhhhtttttt!

This company has been debiting my friends checking account for months and we cannot get it stopped. Don't even remember what the call is all about...Seems they like senior citizens
